Cancellation Policies and The Waiting List

As much as we’d like you to be there for the class you’ve purchased, we definitely understand that things come up! However, because of the amount of ingredients we’ve purchased we are counting on you to show up. Listed below are our policies and some possible solutions for you!

Cancellations:

You may cancel up to 7 days before the class date and receive your class ticket amount back. You may cancel up to 72 hours in advance and receive 50% of your class ticket amount back. Anything before 72 hours and unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate you. We’re sorry!

Best Practices:

If something comes up and you cancel 7 days in advance – then you’re set! If you’re inside of 7 days, you may look to your social network. Our tickets are transferrable. So talk to friends and family, and maybe someone can take your place. All you have to do is let us know! Email us: info@chefalyssaskitchen.com

Waiting List:

Cancellations will inevitably happen and we do have a waiting list. The waiting list is first come, first serve. So if a class is filled and you’d like to be notified if there are any cancellations – email us: info@chefalyssaskitchen.com. Please put the date of the class in the subject line.
