HEALTHY & SUSTAINABLE COOKING CLASSES IN BEAUTIFUL SOUTH END CHARLOTTE
Finally – it’s time to choose a class! We have 5 different levels of classes based upon
ability. Please choose the class that is closest to your skill level. The classes are
designed to take your skills at the chosen level and improve upon them. So if you choose "intermediate", for example, we assume
you are currently at that level and looking to move upwards, not trying to improve to intermediate.
Our classes fill up fast, so make sure you sign up quickly! If a class is filled out,
please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to the waiting list, which will be first come first
serve. Be sure to check out our refund and non-refundable policies as well.
Each class is designed based upon the products available that season. For example,
tomatoes may be involved in many classes in the summer but not at all during the
winter. We also allow BYOB for beer and wine only for all of our classes!
Remember, even if the classes listed here do not work for you, by joining our
newsletter you’ll receive first notice about new classes that as they become available!

We separate each class by difficulty level so that our students can pick the best
possible class for their skill level. Looking for a challenge? Try a harder class! Just
make sure it’s too hard. Want to take it easy? There’s nothing wrong with learning a
simple new recipe for yourself or to impress others. The choice is yours!
If you’re just starting out, and one of your best accomplish-ments in the kitchen is toasting a bagel. This type of class is for you. We will help get you started in the right path to cooking more. This means: learning the right utensil to use, preparing food, a basic recipe or three, and more.
You have no idea where to start and it usually results in tear. We will teach you how to cut an onion.
So you’re not quite a beginner, but you’re by no means that comfortable in the kitchen are you? The Beginner Plus Class is just a step above the basics. In this type of class you will learn to develop your current skills and a few new ones, along with improved seasoning tips and a few recipes as well!

share of dinner parties, are almost always the cook, and everyone looks forward to
what you’ve made for the Super Bowl party. We promise to challenge you a little bit
here and hopefully teach you some new tricks.

Sign up! All you need to do is click on a class, reserve a spot through our secure registration system, and you're in!

Pencil us in! Once you're signed up, you're in. Make a note on your calendar and show up on the date of the class prepared to learn all sorts of awesome new skills!
