2nd Annual Sausage Making Workshop featuring JJ’s Red Hots

We are so excited to do our second Collaboration Class with JJ’s Red Hots! Chef and Owner Jon Luther will be joining us in the kitchen to share his knowledge and expertise in sausage making. He will walk us through some of the secrets to his great tasting menu items and also pairing some dishes with Chef Alyssa’s Spreads Line. The class will include the process of making stuffed sausages and patties. We will utilize Pastured Pork from Windy Hill Farm and Organic Chicken From Rowland’s Row. 
You will be making 3 different sausages including Chicken Bratwurst and Pork Sausage Sliders. Plenty of toppings, accompaniments and side items to fill up this menu as well.
