Students will learn how to balance flavors to create some classic dishes with bold flavor! Working with masa harina, beans, meat cooking and spices.
Tamales stuffed with “chorizo-spiced” pulled chicken
Tostados- “tortilla pizza” with pinto beans, lettuce and ground beef
This menu is gluten-free, includes cheese and meats are chicken and beef.
Once we receive all registrants, we will split up the class into 2 smaller groups based upon age. Each young chef will receive a recipe book from the class!
