Spring Harvest

In planning for this particular class, we wait to finalize the menu so that we can be inspired by the ingredients our farmers will have available. The protein will be chicken and the rest of the menu will be built around spring harvest vegetables. It is always a seasonal favorite and features sweet, fresh ingredients that are perfect for the warm months leading into summer.
